I am a Registered Psychologist with the College of Health And Care Professionals of British Columbia (registration #2155). I offer individual therapy and assessment services on the Sunshine Coast .

About

I believe in a collaborative treatment approach in my work with clients. My primary focus is to assist people to live the life they want by first highlighting their goals and identifying any barriers which may exist to reaching those goals. I am passionate about providing clients with knowledge and tools to actively make positive changes in their lives. Increasing people's life satisfaction and helping them achieve their desired functioning through good times and through challenges are focal elements of my practice.

I offer adult treatment and assessment from a strong cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) framework as well as draw on other empirically supported treatment methodologies, depending upon my clients' goals and personality. I have acquired a breadth of clinical expertise and knowledge from my work in numerous medical and mental health agencies - both public and private.
